Great facility and customer service. We were out of towners from Oakland and made a day trip to visit Universal Studios. Quick replies through emails and when she greeted us in the morning , the care taker was all smiles which put our dog at ease. I am recommend this place if you are making weekend plans in LA and need to board your dog for the day.

We took our dog Louie for his first visit at Dog House. We absolutely loved the grooming cut and styling service. Jasmine and Ruby were so kind and left him looking so adorable ! Will definitely be coming back .

We bring our very nervous and anxious Maltipoo here every couple of months for a full groom. The staff are very friendly and know how to work with our kind of dog to get her through the experience (which she has not liked in the past). The grooming work has been great and reasonably priced. The staff let's us know that she has been doing better each time and the last time she did great! Will continue to go there for grooming services. Thank-you!

Omg! The Dog House is amazing. The staff were so sweet and my baby, Miso, came out of there looking so good! Ive been struggling for years to find a groomer that could properly de-shed him and deal with his anxiety about touching his feet and booty area, and other groomers would just give up and leave him half finished. At The Dog House, they were so understanding. They listened to me and were attentive to Miso's needs. They asked questions about what I wanted for him down to the very last detail, and they didn't just give up on him because of his nervous behaviors. I feel so comforted by how much they clearly care about all their clients, and I will definitely be bringing my other dogs there from now on.

Carlos (the owner) is so polite and welcoming. He patiently explains the packages/ services they offer. I was nervous how my dog was going to react so he invited me to bring him in whenever we were on a walk so he could get comfortable with the groomers.

Sonia groomed my chihuahua, Hercules, for the first time. She was so incredibly sweet, gentle, and listened to my concerns. Hercules loved getting groomed by her and was not reactive like I expected. Absolutely love this place and WILL be returning again.

I love the Dog House and the staff. I found Jasmine who was great with my 16 year old Shih Tzu!

refused to groom her, she claimed my Shih Tzu was unmanageable. Jasmine was the Best, she didn’t have issues with my Baby. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wow! The staff there was outstanding. I just moved from Kentucky. Front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable about dog behaviors and guided me on some tips about my dogs anxiety. Ruby was my groomer and did an amazing job! She was the sweetest and my pup feel special with the affection and treats. For it being a daycare/grooming salon it smelt fresh and clean. Not like the other daycares or grooming salons that smelt pungent of urine. Definitely will be back!

Ive been having my dog, Penny, groomed here by Jasmine for over a year now and am so happy with her cut every time! I am one of those crazy doodle owners who are very picky. But Jasmine always has patience with me, listens and does the cut exactly as I want! She looks like a cute little teddy bear every time! Also Penny gets soooo excited to see her! She loves getting groomed by Jasmine!

I'd never bring my dog to anyone other than Jasmine! She nails the doodle cut every time. My dog often gets stressed from past groomer trauma, but he loves Jasmine because she always takes the time to make sure he feels comfortable. She's also super fast, I don't know how she's able to do it all in under two hours but she does a great job every time. And if you ask, they can give you a 20 min heads up text so you can get there right as your dog is finished. I feel like a lot of the negative reviews are just people upset that their doodle came back shaven but that's never once been the case with us. Groomers only do that when it's a last resort—doodles require extra maintenance and if you regularly brush them and keep them mat free, they won't have to shave your dog.

I liked the consult before the groom, where I was able to communicate with Jasmine my preferences for my dogs grooming session. I felt heard and the way I keep admiring her work… it’s money well spent!
I also like that my dog isn’t there all day like other groomers- I feel like that’s less stressful for my dog since she was in and out in an hour and a half.

Best grooming and daycare, best price for both. My dog literally ran away from home once and showed up here on his own. It’s good to know they take that good care of my little dude.

I am super excited to write a review my poodle Lola got the most amazing haircut . She’s a standard poodle. This was my first time taking my standard poodle to The Dog House . I’m very happy with the cut. She looks adorable. They did an amazing job. My groomers name is Dro He did an amazing job on her. I will be definitely coming back. I’ve even scheduled every four weeks to keep up with the bath or the haircuts with my standard poodle. I definitely recommend this place you must try it out. You will not regret it. I’m very spectacle where I take my dog. It’s extremely important that they’re not stressed. She’s not overly whelmed. I’ve noticed they’re quick they don’t keep the dogs there for hours. The haircut bath is done and they call you and you can pick your dog up right away. Thank you so much for taking care of my doggie. You guys are amazing. The staff is amazing. The place is great

The Dog House is a great place to have your special Dog groomed. They do a great job and your Dog is treated like HE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL....which of course HE is! First rate business for sure. They have adequate parking behind the business which is super easy for YOU.

Loved how the groomers gave me their opinion on how to treat my Buddy fur, I was a little scared but when we saw our Buddy it was like falling in love over again. Really love how the nails got trimmed..

They're so fast I wasn't ready, lol! So many groomers keep your dog for hours which isn't good if you have a Nervous Nelly. Angel, who handles special needs dogs is aptly named.
Unfortunately, the groomer is a traumatic experience for my pup but they handle him well. It looks like a great, fun place if you're dog is social.
Mine, is not. So, its super important that a groomer I choose is really good. I'll be back!
He got groomed on a Tues, its Friday and he still smells clean and yummy.
Place is immaculate! Oh, and my pet peeve...parking....they have plenty!

This was my first visit to the Dog House in Studio City. I am impressed with the bathing and grooming of my two Samoyeds. They really understood the double coat. Also you make an appointment and they are quickly in out..hand drying and all! I will definitely be back!

Not only do they do an in-depth consultation with you, they deliver. After a not so great experience elsewhere, they comforted me. My pup although nervous when we I was much better at pick up and I was so happy with my pups look.

Best place to take your dog for supplies and grooming because Tim cares about every detail. He is the doggy daddy.

This is a very good place on Moorpark Blvd. The people there are very nice and helpful. For reservations they are booked in advance so do not expect to get in there on the last minute.

I think they treat my sheepdog well and when I needed a change of groomers they gave me no problems and I think their prices are right for the service

Love this place! Bayley loves going, she knows Felix's name when I say 'we are going to see Felix and get a bath". Her tail wags. He does a phenomenal job, the Owner Tim and the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I book a few appointments in advance so we are assured of an appointment since they book up quickly. Never once has Bayley been scratched or had any cuts in all the years we've been there, unlike a few I've had on my other dogs with other places. I give five stars!

This is the best dog grooming spot I have ever visited. I trust Tim, Carmen and his crew with my chihuahua completely. The dogs are in and out in 45 minutes.The shop is beautiful with high end quality merchandise.My dog doesn't seem upset to be going to the groomer - that's a first!If i took my dog anywhere else I feel like I would have to watch them being groomed to make sure my dog was not harmed in any way. If you love your dog and want him/her to be treated with extra special care, do not look any further than The Dog House.You will be greeted warmly, too!

I love this place. Been taking my dog Luggage for years now as well as my new dog Lex. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to make the dogs feels at home. If you book an appointment when you pick up your dogs from their groomer appointment you don't have to keep calling or wait too long in between appointments. I love this place and my dogs always come home happy and looking adorable
